(I think one lb is about 0.5kg, so 7kg weightloss is actually outside my ballpark of 'easy weight', so that is actually either pretty good or concerning. 1 Kilo is 2.2046 pounds (that will forever be in my brain from working for the chocolate company) so your math is basically sound :)
and I am happy she found something that makes her happy...and yes, my life would be easier if I lost weight my life would be easier...but with the lipedema it is really fucking hard to do so
